With over 30 years of real estate expertise, Ledwin Oviedo leads Rockstone Equities, specializing in self-storage development, conversions, and distressed real estate investments.

He has successfully revitalized distressed assets and developed high-performing properties, consistently delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns. His current projects include the conversion of an RV campground into a 190-unit RV & Glamping Resort in the Catskills, NY, as well as a 205-townhome community in Rotonda West, FL, and a 410-unit apartment building in Port Chester, NY.

Ledwin’s disciplined execution and data-driven strategy maximize asset value, ensuring stable cash flow, appreciation, and profitable exits. His ability to identify undervalued opportunities has made him a trusted partner for investors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Monroe College and several real estate certifications from Cornell University.
