Ledwin Oviedo
Founder & Managing Member | Real Estate Developer

With over 30 years of real estate expertise, Ledwin Oviedo leads Rockstone Equities, specializing in self-storage development, conversions, and distressed real estate investments.

He has successfully revitalized distressed assets and developed high-performing properties, consistently delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns. His current projects include the conversion of an RV campground into a 190-unit RV & Glamping Resort in the Catskills, NY, as well as a 205-townhome community in Rotonda West, FL, and a 410-unit apartment building in Port Chester, NY.

Ledwin’s disciplined execution and data-driven strategy maximize asset value, ensuring stable cash flow, appreciation, and profitable exits. His ability to identify undervalued opportunities has made him a trusted partner for investors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Monroe College and several real estate certifications from Cornell University.

Charlie Qelaj

With over 25 years in commercial and residential real estate, Charlie Qelaj is a seasoned real estate investor, builder, and self-storage development expert.

Charlie has successfully developed multiple self-storage locations, including projects for CubeSmart, Extra Space Storage, and private owners. His projects have exceeded market expectations, demonstrating his expertise in identifying prime locations, implementing efficient designs, and ensuring high occupancy rates.

A property owner and entrepreneur, Charlie has led site acquisition, project planning, construction management, and operational oversight for self-storage and multifamily developments. He is currently assembling a self-storage facility and developing a residential condominium project in New York State, further expanding his portfolio of high-performing assets.

His hands-on approach and strategic vision have consistently delivered high-quality, cost-efficient projects that maximize investor returns.

He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from CUNY.

While his expertise spans commercial real estate and asset repositioning, he is now deeply focused on real estate development, expanding his portfolio with ground-up projects.

He is currently developing an apartment building in NYC, as well as building additional residential properties alongside investors. His ability to identify prime development opportunities, structure deals, and manage projects efficiently has made him a trusted partner in the industry.

Benny is known for his keen eye for value creation, leveraging market trends, financial structuring, and strategic planning to turn underutilized properties into thriving developments.
