• By working with an independent, eligible third party, such as a licensed attorney, certified public accountant (CPA), registered investment advisor, or broker-dealer.
• Investors may also choose to verify their accreditation themselves using a valid third-party letter issued within the past 90 days.

All submitted verification documentation must meet SEC standards and be approved prior to gaining access to confidential investment materials.
